Friday: A Disaster
This recent Friday was an absolute disaster. The second half to be precise.
It all began when I was supposed to give my test. The test was supposed to start on 7:30pm and last for 50 minutes.
I invited my friends over to discord and we got ready to discuss and share answers. The test started and we had decided that we’ll follow the questions of one person who’s currently streaming the questions. That way, three minds would focus on one question and we would get done with the test quicker.
I scrolled to the last page of my test because I was trying to find the question my friend put on screen. It turns out the test had a restriction in place where I couldn’t go to the previous question even if I answered nothing. So now I was on the last page with currently zero answered questions. Last page had 4 questions, I answered and got 14%, while I helped my friends scored 86% and 90% on the test.
The test was so ridiculously easy. It had questions like "What are examples of Open source OS” and I am not kidding but I could easily pass the test without referring the internet, if not scoring 90%.
I failed the test because the professor put the restriction in middle of the test. He did not mention this restriction anywhere.
It gets worse
The professor held a 10 minute post test session for doubts. But he hosted it on Bongo, and I couldn’t join it because Bongo kept saying I need to give access to all cookies, even though I had. The link opened for me after 10 minutes, but the professor had already left till then.
It was not a good day
Professor hosted a makeup test for those who missed the test. But when I mailed him to allow me to sit in the makeup test, he refused. I played the lower hand by apologizing and asked politely again. He refused again. Virtual college is stupid.
Keeps getting bad
Failing a test sucks. But failing a test which I could’ve passed because computers is my strong suite? That sucks more. Anyway, I was so lost with the failed test that I totally forgot about my English class. It was an important class, and it totally skipped my mind.
I thought my friends would remind me about the class, but they just assumed I am already in it. It’s totally normal of anyone to assume that I was present, but that makes me think that I am insane to check the participants always to see if they are present.
I have set reminders now, I won’t be forgetting any classes from now.
3:30 AM Update
Okay while I was ranting, professor allowed me to re-attempt my exam on 5:30 AM. I had to wait so I went into discord to chill with the homies.
I scored 86%. Win-win!
A “Sweet” Adventure
I went to Hira Sweets, a nearby reputed sweets shop because my parents told me to get some sweet boxes from there. I never knew this many varieties of sweets existed. Maybe they exclusively keep so many varieties but they amazed me.
Stone Chocolate
They did not taste good as I expected. Also I would just rather buy Dairy Milk than this.
What Laddoos again?
Kiwi Berry Ladoos and Immunity Booster Ladoos are something I would never try, even though my food choices are often questioned by my friends. Also, I believe the Immunity Booster Ladoos would’ve had 10x more sales if they were named Chhota Bheem Ladoos.
Type of Almonds
Left to right: Kulfi Badam, Mango Badam, Rose Badam, Paam Badam and Blueberry Badam. Which one will you try?

New Assignment Exhausted Me
New subject has been hard. Like its easy, but its a lot of work. The new assignment got be so tired that I literally had to ask a friend to bail me out.
I hope this week is better.
